I'm really excited about the theme that is developing with these projects.  Sort of a Hansel and Gretel, meets Pocahontas, meets a giant mushroom sort of feel.  There are lots of other interesting things in the works as well, as you can see in the following picture.  Can you find   all of the unfinished projects?   Try to circle at least 5!

My sister, Kristina ( aka Kippy)  has  been busy crafting too.  She plans to open an etsy shop and blog  in the near future.   She's also  living with us for a bit now, and I can't even say how awfully nice it is to have her around.  More sisterly fun than you can shake a stick at!  Here's a peek at some of here works in progress.

What a great post! Love, love, love those birdie hair combs...so cute. And where did you get those pears??? Did you pick them around here? Please say you did, so that I can go get myself a nice basket of them like yours.

Blessings friend.

Canning in the Autumn has always been a big thing in my family. Unfortunately, we no longer live where it's easy to get large amounts of fruit for preserving. We did manage to can 80 pounds of tomatoes yesterday, though :)

Oooh. Those feather hair combs remind me of the feather earrings I wore as a little girl in the 70s!

the guardian gnomes are FABULOUS! i want!!!

I just love the hair combs - they are so pretty and unusual. The gnomes are cute too, and I am looking forward to more pics of the stationery.

You better not be lying about the canning this time! I want in! (excited about your new crafts too!)
