Oh, kids.......

I can't possibly be the first person to blog about this.  I found it last night night at the mall, from Williams Sonoma.  It's an itty-bitty tupperware holder for one, single serving cupcake.  Note the little grip-ledges on the inside, they cradle your cupcake gently and safely on your way to work, school, park....whatever.  Isn't this the darnedest thing?!  Another fine example of something totally and utterly useless, yet also completely necessary.  I couldn't even begin to resist.  And, at $3.95, I didn't even have to justify buying it.  They also came in light-blue plastic, but I prefer the clear.

I never knew how deeply I loved cupcakes until I started blogging.  I can't wait to test-drive this puppy.

THAT is all kinds of awesome. I made cupcakes for Easter and sorely wished I had some way to pack them in the kids' lunches. I'm going to have to seek those out!

You can also get them at the Container Store in pink and green! I remember when my mom would pack a cupcake in my lunch she'd cut it in half horizontally and flip the frosting to the inside so it wouldn't make a giant mess. Works pretty good but these are great so that your pretty frosting isn't ruined.

Those work so well! I make cupcakes about every other week and I love to use the cup-a-cake!!

We have a cupcake bakery in my city that sells them. I think they are super neat!

I have been thinking of insisting that my child take home lunch just so I can be the coolest mom ever and pack one of these babies in her brown bag. Imagine her opening her brown bag and finding a cup-cake with pink frosting. It would be... words fail. :) happy.

Oh, now THAT'S a wonderful invention!
xo,
Kim

LOVE it!
