In which I attempt to embarrass my siblings
So last year my brother, sister and I found a wig and decided to try and duplicate the Amelie-cracking-creme brulee look. I have shared the one of my brother before (and I decided it deserved a second showing) but I didn't show the ones of Kip and I.
Frighteneing, isn't it? Why my brother is in color, I don't know...why we even DID this, I'm not sure...but I miss our impromptu photo shoots. Look how pretty my sister is!
....even with her shaved eyebrow half-grown in. Don't ask, the story isn't that interesting
Do I always make this face when my father is lecturing me? (Sorry dad.)
I like this picture of my sis and me....not because we look all that great (hello, gums!) but it reminds me of that day. We drove to the middle of nowhere to find a pumpkin patch that was SO LAME. We ended up playing on a giant dirt pile instead. It was sorta fun. Max enjoyed it.
This is an old pic of my brother and sister pretending to be gargoyles. I took it during my mandatory "high-school-photography-phase". I think almost everyone goes through it.
My brother is cute. He looks a bit "social-anxiety-disorder" in this picture, though. Maybe I'm reading to much into it. Maybe that suit was just a little too snug...
Enough embarrassment for today.

Hey-
I have the gargoyle picture up ...... but have never seen the one of MikieB in the suit. Please make a copy for me (and for YaiYai too). As far as the picture of me "lecturing" you. Why do you think we hold those converstations on the phone instead of in person?

To make both you and your dad, perhaps, feel better-I can show you pictures (many, many), of me with my father making the EXACT same expressions (my dad making the same one as your dad, as well!). I think it is a father/grown daughter thing.

Just a reminder on the red wig you guys confiscated for the pics. At one of my beloved pharmaceutical functions, our team dressed up as Scooby Doo. We actually purchased the character costumes, and I, at a humiliting 51 years young, was VELMA!!!! Thank the Lord there are no pictures of me from that evening. After 50 or 60 draft beers, it really made no difference anyways!

It's so fun to see other families and their quirky relationships. It makes you feel more normal... or at least just as abnormal?

PS - the one pic of your sister (she really is pretty) made me laugh because:
Last fall I went to my ten year high school reunion and one of my best friends told me that if you tilt your head down and look up at the camera, you will look skinnier.
I did it in every picture. I guess I thought it was some magic trick. I looked ridiculous because I over-did it. How's that for making a fool out of myself?
